I am about to print some youth team baseball uniforms including a team name on the front and players number on the back. I have a Hotronix 16x20 Clam with a Teflon covered bottom platen. My question is which to do first - team name on front or player # on back... It will be a goof-proof transfer on front 360 - 370 degrees for 3-5 seconds @ med-firm. The numbers are easy prints and 340 for 8 or 365 for 4 seconds @ med-firm. Should anything go inside of shirt after first printing? Thanks in advance for your help!

It doesn't matter which side you apply first. I would just make sure that you either drape/dress your garment around your lower platen, so that the side you are applying to is the only side that is exposed to the heat, or use a Teflon Pillow.

That said, with a transfer is is less crucial to avoid applying additional heat if you are using heat applied vinyl.
