Are their particular brands of shirts that are best to print on? Gildan, Hanes, etc...

What about make up of the shirt? 100% cotton, 80/20, etc...

the best one i prefer 75 percent cotton and25 percent poly it does not shrink, if you use 100 percent you know when you put it of the driyer the print will stick together and will be damage

We have had great success with Hanes Tagless t-shirts. Style 5250. They are 100% cotton. We use them for all the sample shirts we send out to potential customers. You will find that 100% cotton shirts work best with the waterbased inks used in the digital garment printers.
