Exactly as Joe said. Overseas for USA residents is different than residents of EU or Asian locations
Bangladesh would be your definite choice no matter where are you from!
Hey Man, If you are looking some Tshirts of NEXT then NEXT is final destination 
but if you are giving example of NEXT Tshirts then you will get lot of suppliers even in this forum

I will not order from overseas period because of shipping cost, import fees, poor labeling, tough to get any response if there is an issue with the order etc. To me with the relative low cost here, I will just order from my sources within the USA

Even with a good supplier, I can avoid high shopping cost and import fees by buying within US when my two main vendors are within one day shipping

Other than a full container order, smaller quantities air shipping will be expensive to buy from India. Mainly because of taxation. But this applies to blanks only. if it's a custom designed Tee, all costs worth for the quality we offer.

Beside to import in a bulk quantity, be aware of fake suppliers from overseas. You must be very careful and do a through research for good supplier.
