Could anyone please comment on this press and whether a 6 in 1 is a good idea. I would really appreciate any input. Thanks in advance.

I'd pass on it, there are no "Swiss army knife" heat presses that have gotten good reviews, at least that I've ever read.Could anyone please comment on this press and whether a 6 in 1 is a good idea. I would really appreciate any input. Thanks in advance.

What you need a press for? what process?
Since you mentioned heat transfers I'd check out Pro World they offer a reasonably priced press for around $299 with the purchase of a few other things, worth looking into, and probably the best bang for your bucks, as far as the other processes like mugs, hats, they really require a separate dedicated press for each process to get the best results.First, thank you for your reply! Second, I was kind of thinking the same thing, "Swiss Army Knife heat presses", LOL.
I am looking for a good press that is reasonably priced. I would like to have the versatility to do things like mugs, hats, etc. I am not necessarily starting a business, sort of exploring options. Maybe start real small as a hobby. Iknow some simple jobs I can get and if I like it and think this may go somewhere then I can branch out.
I have researched heat transfers and it would seem that the JetPro SoftStretch transfers are the way to go. (Koncert T's for the darks)
I am also interested in a screen printing starter kit.
Would you have any recommendation for a good press?
