hey guys wassup, im tryin to start a clothing line and im really totally clueless..no "desrespect" to the clothing industry but i started wiht drawling just random pictures and ive goten medal and awards and reconition for it, for ever but never had anywere to put it to make money off of.. so someone told me to start a clothing line and put it on shirt and sell it..ive been researching for almost a year n half (n saving money) now n still learning new stuff ab it but basically i no im starting wit 1701 t-shirts and i got someone (graphic designer)to turn my drawlings n designs from paper to computer and found another guy to print shirts off hes got a lazer machine thing and screen printing machine, imma start small n print off a couple hundered with him(no facturys yet)...but basically thats were im at..

i need help with alot like...
whats an average price range for these shirts/best price place to get em?

what exactly is ringspun?

whats care tags?

tips on looking my company professional?

should i make a myspace for it?

how many designs should i start with? for each boys n girls

whats difference between streetwear n urban clothing lines?
{my clothing line is kinda like skateboarder/bmx clothing line (famous, skin ind., exc stuff like that)}

any lastly ANY TIPS and HINTS or ANYTHING im NEEW and need lots of it to start my clothing line

well how many color will the shirt have what color shirt are u gonna use what type? all this will give u a different price
ringspun different proses that makes softer.

a care tags is the tag in the back around ur neck, the thing that tells u how to wash.

Welcome... I recommend reading as many threads as you can on what you are trying to learn on this site... there are amazing tips and help throughout... As you read things will make more sense...

prices are relative... depends on if you are selling limited copies of a famous artists design or you are printing 1000 2 color shirts for a company... care tags are the little tag inside the neckline that say how to care for the shirt... myspace would be cool if you do it right... and find sites you like for ideas... good luck...
