Try www.alphashirt.com . They carry many major brands. You can purchase from them without a resale certificate, but will be responsible for any appropriate sales tax. They are located throughout the US, don't know about the UK.

You will need a resale permit. Where do you live?
I have a listing of all the major t-shirt distributors by USA region.

I'm Arabic man I don't live in USA or UK but I Will register in the service of Aramex for shipping to the Arab States
because the Aramex two locations will open to me in UK and USA the arrival of shipments to them

Try looking at the ISS Shows website , pick one of the shows that has already happened and look under the "show" tab, there you will find an exhibitor listing for that show. The ISS Show is the Imprinted Sportswear Show and is a major place for decorators to see the latest in equipment and apparel. The vendors that attend tend to be some of the major players for garments. There are others that do not attend, but this should give you a starting point to find suppliers. Good luck to you!
