Ask them to send you credit card invoice, as you receive invoice, first check who is third party payment processor or gateway which they are using, if you sure that you trust that gateway, you can process payments via credit card.
Ways to pay someone electonically without Paypal?
I contacted an artist to draw a design for me but he says he lives in Rusia and "we haven't full paypal account (in fact we can only take money but not cash). So could we use the credit card (mastercard) for money?"
