I am currently using the 1430 with the bulk ink systems and over time, the image fades on the waterproof films (usually bigger prints around the edges or outskirts). I lean towards light exposure, but I have had my films filed in a dark room. Anyone else having this problem-- have any ideas or remedies to stop the fading?

I noticed this with some random junk/scrap films I left lying around. I figured it was either light or humidity or a combination. I keep my printed films in a sealed black plastic container with desiccant, and haven't seen a problem with them.

Good idea on the desiccant--always get plenty from packaging. I haven't seen any discussion on this but figured someone had this problem and maybe have had it happen in their shop. If I have any good reports on my changes I'll report back. Thanks for the reply NoXid
