I used the Rutland mixing formula with their base and pigments, but they don't make those inks anymore and took down their mixing tool.

Anyone know of a different one?

Permatone (by Permaset)
There are more... but these are the most well known ones.

MagnaColour(Avient) got a good mixing system and Virus Ink too. You can get both in the US. Or for a cheaper option you can try as well Inknovators from Turkey.
