Hi there,

After researching (these forums and the rest of the net), I've decided that water-based printing will be best for my t-shirt line because of the soft-hand and more professional feel/quality. My only concern is that the water-based printing seems to me like it will have a light/pastel coloration (vintage faded), but I'm looking for bright colors that really POP on both light and dark tees.

Can bright colors be achieved using water-based inks? If so, I'd REALLY appreciate it if somebody could post some photographs of actual shirts that have bright colors using water-based inks.

Thanks!

Look at any Ed Hardy shirt. Bright colors, very soft feel.

Are there special inks that print bright colors, or should I just tell my printer that I want bright water-based printing and he'll handle it from there?

Maybe I'm trying to be too involved in this whole process, but I just want to make sure I have every single little detail figured out before I jump into all of this!
