Hello, I am using Mimaki 604S for dtg printing.
I started one month ago with 0.5 litter of each CMYK ink and now after the 500 prints I already have full waste ink tanker (almost 1 litter)
Is it normal? This is the half of my inks!

Well ink usage is dependent upon size of the print, quality, color density. So it is very hard to tell how far ink will go. Doing lots of cleanings will also waist more ink.

500 prints is quite a bit of printing. The 604 uses a small waste ink tank, so I wouldn't be worried about filling that up too fast.

I think 500 prints is pretty reasonable, but again, I haven't seen your artwork and I don't know your print settings.
