So I've been searching craigslist to no avail..but I'm interested in purchasing a backlit, well technically underlit sink with a drain at the back end...it sort of has channels down the sides and it's lit from underneath rather then the back.

I love this style because you can really see if your image has been blown out without leaning three feet in and you don't get all the concentrated blowback spray form small compact booths. ( personal preference ). Does anyone know of anybody who makes these anymore? I'm going to DIY one up but I figured if someone had a source for cheaper older style underlit sinks...I'd love to check them out or see examples of your own. Thanks!

I guess the real question is, if anyone makes them? or does backlit run the show? I'm assuming so based on searching the internet with every possible combination of wording

i dont see how an underlit one would work better than a backlit one...i can usually see the image blowing out just fine with my backlit one...when im done blowing it out i lean in to see if the image is clear of any small specks and imperfections...but i lean in because im looking for stuff that is almost microscopic. but now im seriously thinkin bout makin one just to try it out and see. only thing is u couldnt get the bottom too dirty since there is light shining thru. later dude
