Will you give us more information? What type of Emulsion, what kind of exposure unit, and how long are you exposing?

Are you Degreasing the screen before you apply the emulsion? Is the Emulsion new, does it require a mixture (sorry, having a brain fart and can't remember Diazo. Okay, not I remembered), if so did you put it in and stir? If you don't need Diazo, did you stir the Pre-Mixed Emulsion and let it sit for a couple of hours before using? Has it expired? If you use Diazo it only last 30 days or so. If you have a pre-mixed it last a year.

Peeling is usually due to Under Exposing or you didn't degrease the screen.

This is kind of confusing. If you can't wash it out at first, then starts peeling, it would seem like over exposure. BUT, when you wipe it, it shouldn't be coming off, which would indicate underexposure.

I guess the question is, how old is your emulsion? My guess is if it worked before than all of a sudden you are having issues, it's expired. Selanac asked quite a few important questions. Answer those, and we might be able to give you a better idea of what is happening.

Okay well I definitely let it dry sometimes a couple of days and I don't know if it's expired how do I know? And when I spray it like it doesn't wah off and then I keep spraying and it slightly starts to peel off and I rub it and it comes off sometimes it looks good and a lot of mine fine print blows off...it should just come off but I don't know?
Are you sure you're not underexposing with a bad positive?
i think it's undrexposed
or your emultion old
go buy a new one :D

Make sure you are storing them in a cool dark room. If they are sitting around with light, you could be overexposing them over time.

If you can't wash the image out and increase your pressure, it starts to break free, then the emulsion flakes, it would be overexposure. Underexposure would cause the emulsion to be slimy.
When did you buy the Emulsion? Is it a Pre-Mixed emulsion or do you have to add the Activator in it? If you buy emulsion, and you have to mix two chemicals together than it's NOT a Pre-Mix.

You said it was: mirakami? Does it have a Model Number or Part Number on it?

If you bought it a Year Ago it's expired.
