What kind of ink are you using? How long are you flashing the underbase?

total cure is 320 degrees.... however gel cure for bottom print is between 180 and 220 if bottom ink is completely cured during the flash stage, top ink will flake off in the wash.
squirts is correct. It sounds like the white is staying and the yellow is coming off.
Could aslso be
Under curing in the dryer.
If a base if undercured, and I have already applied and cured the colors on top, is there anyway that I can prevent the flaking in washing?

Thanks

run through your dryer longer than you normally would. This might set the ink.

are you using a conveyer dryer or a flash unit to cure your designs.
Thanks for the help guys,

I got it to work by drying it again, but only twice as long as before. I washed the shirts today and there dont seem to be any problems anymore.
Just remember the ink needs to reach 320 for a couple of seconds to cure properly.

Glad you got it.
Yep, and I ordered a laser temperature gun on the internet too....I was trying to do it by touch and it didnt go so well.....
