hi guys, i have a Tjet 2. so far the machine is amazing. but since i am new to it. many situations appeared during work, and i am running a retail printing store, so time is very important to me and customers.

1. the washing durability seems very poor on this machine. because i have customer come back say that after the first wash, the color almost disappeared. i dont' know if there's anything i didn't do right or shirt material that doesn't fit this type of ink. please help me on this.

2. when i purchase the machine, equipmentzone also send me a free sample. a black shirt with that big bird on. color and details were amazing, but all my prints doesn't come out that crystal clear, also i can't print any bright colors, like neon colors... please help.

3. sometimes when i print image on black shirt, after the first layer of underbase is printed, then the lights on some color went on, and there's nothing i can do to make it go away, so i always turn the machine off, and after a while turn it back on, then head cleaning, but i would have 2 layers of white on . please if anyone knows the problem and have solution for me.

thanks very much

thanks guys, the prints that washed off wasn't on the black or dark shirt, even some the prints on white shirts fade off after first wash. does it matter that how many passes i need to do? if so, how do i do that on EzArtist, or EZRIP

also, all the prints i did so far r some how off the color, which means, the color aren't bright enough to match the original. or come out bright enough as neon color. is there any way to fix this problem?

THANKS

You should only be doing one pass of white and one pass of color. What is your temperature set at on your heat press and how long are you curing it? You should have the heat press set to about 320F degrees and curing anything with white ink for 180 seconds and colored ink only for 90 seconds. All with light pressure so the water can evaporate properly from the ink. The lights that come on while your printing are your ink lights. Basically the printer thinks its out of ink. Follow OSSKOBRET instructions on how to reset them. You can reset them while its printing and after it resets it will continue to finish the print.
