Hello,

What is the best method to wash a CMYK exposed screen? I've noticed some places use pressure washers to clean the unexposed areas. This is my first time doing CMYK, usually on lower mesh screens I use cold water with a medium pressure hose in a washout sink. Any suggestions?

That will work. I only use pressure from the hose in the shop

I use my pressure washer but, I don't turn it on. It gives me a nice even fan spray. Stay about 12 inches away. spray both sides of the screen to wet it, let it set for about a minute. When you come back and start spraying again, the emultion will come out very easy.
This works for me, I use Ulano QTX. I don't know what you use.
As always testing is the best to see what works in your situation.

These suggestions should work fine...assuming you've already taken effort to find the proper exposure, mesh count, line count etc.

A hose with an ajustable garden nozzle works best for us. It has 10-12 different settings. Can be found at Home Depot or Lowes.
