I just got a high-res emulsion due to all of the process orders and high-res printing we have had coming in. I use 280-305 screen mesh, normal cleaning and degrease so on. Now expose time very but I keep having problems with wash out of the entire image, no dots or anything. The registration marks are even burning wrong. Whats the deal and the solution?

sounds like you're overexposed. your new emulsion must be faster exposing. cut down on the time. have you done an exposure test, like a step wedge?

Turns out there an additive that goes into it and the company didn't send it so that was the problem thanks though
