HI all,
first time hooking up Veloci-jet, got everything up and ran test and warning light for yellow came on and stayed on. We tried changing it and same thing with back up cartridge. Anyone have this happen or know what to do???
Hawkeye is seeing what we need to do, but I thought I would ask if anyone else has had this happen and found a fix.

Hi Chris,

I heard that Billy from our Support Department called you and went over setting up the cartridges. Hawkeye is going out to you next week for your training and he should have you churning out prints like a pro.
