Just a heads up to all the DTG printers out there thinking about using Alstyle Apparel. Pretty much any Black shirt they sell that is made in mexico (Including 1701, 1501, & 5562) has been heavily over saturated with dye and will give you a horrible end result after curing. I brought this to their attention and had someone in their quality control department (Mohammad Bashir) admitted the shirts were over saturated with dye and then refuse to fix the problem. I then asked my sales rep (Billy Griffith) if he could guarantee any future orders shipped out wouldn't be their defective over dyed shirts and he replied back no that he couldn't guarantee that. Clearly this company doesn't care about the customers they screw over with these shirts so I just want to warn whoever I can to stay away from this company as they left us holding the bag on 3000+ shirts that cant be printed on.
I'd be interested to hear if any other printers have had any similar stories with Alstyle Apparel as I find it really had to believe my company is the only ones who have had this problem and have been treated like this.
