Stacey, I'm afraid that's a really big question with lots of different answers.
Read the highlighted thread at the beginning of the Rhinestone Decoration page. It will tell you about the different systems you can use for rhinestone decoration. You'll find lots of good info there.

I use the Roland GX 24 cutting machine, Clam heatpress machine, and the R Wear software (which allows you to "draw" your designs. You will also need Stencil Film, application film etc. I purchased my equipment from Xpres.co.uk they were fab and stock everything u need for starting up in the rhinestone decoration business
