Hi all,

I am a newbie from India and following this forum for last 2-3 months. I have some queries and doubts.

I want to start a short-run business on T-shirt printing with a budget of 2000-3000 USD (for the equipments). Want to handle both bulk and small orders of multi/mono color (ink) print on white, gray and black cotton tees.

Which printing method and which printing equipment will best suit for my business?

It depends silk screening is good for big order but short runs it would cost you the best thing i think for you is to heat press shirts all you need is a printer lap top heatpress photo shop software transfer paper and shirts you could test the market this way and save if you start making money you can up grade

Thanks Rellz. Can you tell me some good brands for heat pressing which will fit my budget and also with distributors in India?

I have another query. What type of paper is required for heat transfer and what is the per paper printing cost? What type of printer (specification) is required to print?
