VUTEk printer referral needed

I have a client with a very small job printing on an .010 thick Lexan clear film. He wants a white frost pattern printed on the sheet approx 24" wide or less and 6 feet long. It may lead to more printing but probably never large quantities. He thinks it can be done on a VUTEk GS3200 or smaller printer but can't find anyone with that type of printer. Thought it might be worth a shot posting here.What other type of printer can be used to run a sheet of .010 clear lexan through that prints using white ink?
