to all NeoFamily, Peter is wanting the ViperONE in all our shops to improve our dark shirt printing. he's willing to sell the ViperONE for $2,500 to all NeoFamily only. Peter is losing money at this price, but feels it's important that all NeoFamily has the opportunity to have this machine in their shop. if you're interested, call AA and and tell them you saw this in T-ShirtForums.com.

There's not a whole lot of concrete info on the viperone, other than that it is a one nozzle sprayer, rather than 6.

I'm a bit disappointed to hear that it now requires a compressor. That almost defeats the purpose of making it small.

Also, I see no option to change spray sizes. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like it only sprays one size and it's spraying 16x20. More than 90% of all my prints are for the standard platen which is 12x16. That would be such a waste of treatment to spray 16x20 all the time.

Lastly, our store decided to use the poly treatment for whites. It seems to print and wash better than 50/50% of regular dark garment treatment. I couldn't find info whether or not viperone can swap between treatments like the older viper. My guess is that it doesn't.

Well, I guess I will need to wait for more information to come out...

i believe you can adjust the size of the spray with the lever on the side, well you can adjust the length i believe it sprays the same width all the time but you can adjust the length of the spray. the width i think is 16in so you could just turn the shirt and spray 12ini long long and than their is no waste. also teh compressor needs to be very small nothing big i was told, so its still a lot smaller than the previous one.

The viper One uses a pressure pot and is completely pneumatic. There are no electronics involved.

Although the spray width cannot be adjust the spray length can be adjusted fairly easily.

Switching over is fairly simple to do. Empty the pressure pot and fill it with which ever treatment you would like to switch to. Run the machine once and you are switched.

The Viper One is actually very cleverly constructed. All the parts exposed to pretreatment are plastic so that there is no corrosion. Even the nozzle tip was changed to plastic. Everything is completely encased so there is no over spray or excess pretreatment mist you need to worry about. This means you can literally have the machine right next to your printer.

The air needed is minimal so a large compressor is not necessary.

Here is a video of the viper one.

Sean,
This post made many responds. I received few emails too. AA is not selling Viper @ $2500 to anybody but Senior NeoFamily because it is fair in my eyes and AA love them so much. List Price is around $4000.
I sell this as a package. exam: NeoFlex + Viper = xxxxx.xx -$4000 = Selling price. Good for this industry.
Viper quality was good in our test period. If it was not meet by AA standard you could not see this sort of posts.:D
Cheers! Vipers are on me always.:D
I have to come up with some name to call you NeoXxxxxsomething. Because you always look after NeoFamily. My sincere thanks to you.

All Vipers are gone until next batch. Thank you all for accepting AA offer. Now let's go get some jobs.
No more pretreatment learning curve and mistakes. I feel so so so good when I imagine NeoFamilies are smiling and happy and keep repeat customers with quality print and give customers best NeoSplit service. Your success is our success.
Cheers! Beers are on me forever!

The spray length is adjustable. The width is 15". Spray length up to 18". Re-check the website as there is more information up about it probably since the last time you checked.
