My DTG Viper would not power on straight out of the shipping box. The unit has power, the gap light is on and I can raise and lower the bed. But the power button on the front doesn't do anything. I can hear it click, but nothing. Tried changing out the AC board that they sent me, that didn't work.

Anyone have a similar problem? Waiting for tech support to walk me through the next phase, but was wondering if anyone else had this problem?

Thanks,

Jeff

Ok, the issue is resolved. What the problem was is there is a plug on the right side to the actual Epson board that came loose. You wouldn't even know it was there unless you removed the cover like I had to do. Good thing I noticed it was loose. If you run into this problem, I think that you can reach it from the outside without removing the cover.

Just wanted to let everyone know that it was resolvd and was a simple problem.
