We've called both our Viper One suppliers and Viper. No one can seem to advise us on where to get a replacement for the tube that feeds the pretreat into the machine. Ours is molding... it looks like. Not wanting to risk whatever nastiness that'll eventually cause. Any ideas?

there's nothing against getting a new tube, but that discoloration shouldn't hurt anything. you could try to get some pipe cleaners from a craft store and clean the tube yourself with the anti-venom (i think that's the cleaner), or you could use soap & water, or Simple Green, Windex w/ammonia, etc.
the tube that feeds my Wagner sprayer is discolored and looks moldy as well, and it hasn't hurt anything.
