I am unsure as to why my drain valve at the back of my viper one will not function correctly. I have taken it apart completely and cleaned it out there are no blockages. I also cleaned out the trench that catches the drained pretreat in the inside/back of the machine. I have done this twice in two days, yet while pretreating all day today that trench in the back is still filling to the top and not draining out the back tube. My mind is blown, there Is not clog I took it apart again the tube and valve are clear.. So why will it not drain?

Thanks Don, I haven't tried that mainly because I thought of it but the trench is full to the top. Like if I do that it would spill over. The pt fluid is covering the hole completely and after sopping up the pretreat out of the trench with towels and then taking apart the valve I am not seeing why it isn't working... Very weird. It did seem to drain a little bit from last night until today.it's just too slow for some reason. Tried rinsing out the valve in the sink too and it is clear.
