Have anyone experienced ?? Data Lines on your print.. fine blue / red line random on the print ( that are not in the design ) ?? Its got me stumped see pic attached
Could be that you need to replace your print head ribbon cables. You can also rule out the encoder strip by cleaning it and the sensor in back of the carriage that the encoder strip runs through.

Its not the cartridge but the print head carriage. Its the whole assembly that houses the printhead., dampers. Where the ink lines connect to. That's what goes from right to left while its printing. If you look in the back of this you will see where the encoder strip runs through a sensor. You can clean the sensor with a can of compressed air or an alcohol pad. You can also clean the encoder strip with an alcohol pad as well. The ribbon cables are white and flat and attach to the print head. Clean the encoder strip and sensor first. Replacing the ribbon cables can be a big job if your not experienced replacing parts on this printer.

I'm assuming you bought this printer used is that correct?
