Hi Grant,

We won't set the price until we have a landed price here in the States. Impression Technology has not given us final pricing on the units, as they have only built the prototype to this point. We expect to see our first units here in the US in about 6-8 weeks. Production will ramp up on these over the next few months and we should be getting a steady stream of them by early to mid first quarter.

Don, I hope all is well over there. I was with Steve on the weekend just gone, and had a good old chat. Looks like things are going to go well over the next year for DTG. I will be getting another printer in the next 6-8 weeks to add to the collection. All is good over here very busy and cannot wait until Christmas to get a break. already done 18 hours today its 1:30 am and been going since 5am this morning. I will give you a call in the next week or so and catch up.

For those of you unfamiliar with Aussie customs, Christmas break is basically "summer break" and lasts for 4-6 weeks, pretty much for all of the population. We get 1/2 day on Christmas eve and Christmas off then back to grind on Monday! Gives a whole lot more meaning to the phrase - No worries!

Enjoy your time off, mate

Cheers!

Hi Don,

I would like to thank you for the information you have been posting on the forum.

I am looking into getting the DTG Viper, and am wondering about its price in the US and want to know how significant is the improvements when compared to the DTG HM1?
How will I gain as t-shirts printer from getting the Viper as opposed to getting the HM1?

Another thing that I question is the price of the T-jet Express Pro (based on Epson 4880) in comparison to the DTG machines? Why are the DTG's more expensive (e.g. Viper (Epson 4880) is more Expensive that the T-jet Express Pro (also Epson 4880)?
