Hello,

We purchased a used viper basically we bought out an embroider that wasn't using it. When we print a nozzle check it loads platten then head goes over it twice and then docks and says change paper type.

Paper is set to roll any ideas

Did you find a solution to this issue? I'm having the exact same issue and I can't find anything about it

We cleaned all the sensors and encoder strip and the problem went away
