Hello All,
I Just bought a New in crate Viper 2 from an asset manager. Upon setup i've encountered some major challenges.
1- The load button shoots the plattens forward (reverse of what it should be)
2- Regardless of what we do and it actually loads we get "Paper Error" and can't even get a test print.
Unfortunately there are very few resources available for this machine. I hope someone can give me some pointers and relieve our frustration.
