I'm researching Vinylmaster software, does anyone use this? I'm looking at both the Vinylmaster Letter versus the Pro. I don't think I'll need the full design system for basic HTV for tee shirts. Would very much appreciate any input. This software will actually work with Windows 10 which I need.

I have been using Vm Pro for around 5 years... Excellent Program. If you are planning on using it as your main Vector Design and Cutting software, get the Pro over the LTR edition. There are a good number of additional perks with it.

You can compare the different Version's Features here;

...and there is a Free Trial of VinylMaster here;

Thanks for the info. I checked into this program but the full print and cut that works with my equipment is a bit more than I've budgeted at this point.
Take a look at Sure Cuts A Lot 4 from Craftedge. Excellent value for money that certainly won't break the bank.

We moved to VinylMaster after using Flexi for many years, but gave up the business for awhile. Flexi "left us" and upgraded so high, we couldn't afford to upgrade to what would work with new Win10 OS, so we bought VM for $50. Works great with our old Faithful Roland plotter! Only had to upgrade the drivers, and found those online.

ETA: I like VM, found it easy to learn (after knowing Flexi so well, maybe that's why).

I had VM Letter and got rid of it,My buddy let me use his VM Pro on my system for awhile to see if i would like it ,No thanks and I left VM Cut on my system just when someone may need little help.But prefer to not open it . I like what i have 100% now.
What is it you dislike about VM Pro may I ask? I recently purchased it and have been using it to create some designs over the past couple of weeks. My only issue has been my actual cutter is not compatible with Windows 10 (even with the drivers). May be upgrading my old cutter next.

@tikino, what machine are you using there? Do you only need cutting or full print and cut?
I have the Graphtec Craft Robo Pro CE 5000-40 CRP. Very small files have cut fine but anything with more than 5K seems to hang up and lock the program.

My old program from 2010 will run the cutter fine (i Design R) but won't work with Win 10 to run the machine, the old computer is on it's last leg.

Regarding use, for now it's just cut. Print and cut would be great but is a little more than I can invest at the moment.

Try looking for upgraded drivers online for the old cutter. That's what we did, and now we're operational again! (See upthread, more explanation).

It was just still to difficult to learn it compared to my other i ended up getting . I only have the Vm Cut now. A LEGIT version. My other buddy bought a titan 2 over a year ago and because he tried the Vm as well and didnt like it either he gave me his copy .I only keep it now to help others if needed if thats all they have. I still dont like it . And for the pro version i deleted it and told my other friend to de-activate it . Just my preference to use SCALPS5pro with Ai. They do everything i need .
