hmmm that is a little thick, EnduraFlex is 50 microns and you can be multilayer 3-4 times before it gets 4 mils thick.

Yea, I guess it is. We don't do much layering 2 every now and then. BTW, I can't find this EnduraFlex anywhere on the Signwarehouse site. Can you send me a link?

I phoned today and this is what I got.....
This new EnduraFlex Heat Press Vinyl will be on their website in a couple weeks.....
55-60 microns thick verus Siser Easyweed which is 90 microns......
Pre-press plus 4 second 1st press then hot peel and re-press for 6 seconds...So time is about the same....
Applies as low as 225 degrees....
20" x 11' roll - 28.95 = 1.58 per square foot...So it will be a little less coslty than Siser Easy Weed...I pay 43.00 for 20" x 15' from Heat Transfer Warehouse....Free freight because I always buy 150.00...
