Hey guys, I'm new to vinyl so I had a quick question... I'm having a hard time deciding on a roll width.. I'm looking at oracal 631, at the moment. My cutter will cut up to 42". How do you guys decide how wide to buy? Does it depends on the design? What about if I just want the basic colors on hand? I realize I can get 15" and tile anything bigger, but just curious when you get the bigger sizes... because according to my math the cost per square inch is pretty much the same between the different widths.

Thanks,
Jeron

631 is temporary vinyl You will want to move up to at least 651 and maybe 751

You do not want to tile I you don't have to. That will consume more time than you think.

I have 3 cutters. A 34, 54 and a 30.

The 54 has had 48 inch in it once.

I have 12, 15, 20, 30 and 48 inch widths on hand.

I only carry 631 in 24x10yrd. With the exception of HTV 95% of what I do can be done on 24 inch.
