Hello again
I have a question I have a customer that ordered 10 jackets I lettered his truck he wants the jackets to look look like his truck. So my question is has anyone had luck heat pressing vinyl on the back of jackets? The jackets are made of 78/22 Nylon/cotton

I have not done jackets yet, but I have used the material from Imprintables Warehouse for nylon bags and it works like a dream. It is Eco Film Plus.

Joto Paper just released a nylon for vinyls.
My bigger concern might be the thickness of the jacket. Will you get enough pressure for a clean application?

Eco Film will work quite well. Just be sure to follow the mfg's instructions.

I use DigiCat Thermo Flex Xtra. & it works very well.
Must follow Mfg's instructions:
Transfer requires:
300 - 320 degrees F
Transfer temperature for 4-6 seconds & let cool, remove polyester liner sheet & cover with Teflon sheet & reheat for 10 seconds to complete the cure.

I've also used the ThermoFlex Xtra for nylon jackets. Just follow the instructions very carefully.

Just an FYI, Eco Film Plus and Videoflex Extra are exactly the same product. I've received rolls that had both labels on them.
