We got a challenge here...a local healthcare provider dropped off 48 pillows and wants their 1 color logo printed on them. The pillows are "Microvent Soft" by Herculite Products with a "Breathable cover material is a multi-layer vinyl/nylon laminate which is flame resistant".
We do plastisol silk screening and vinyl heat transfer in house but do not know the proper temperature to cure the ink or proper time/temperature/pressure if applied by heat press. Or if it can be done at all! Anyone have an idea on the best way to print their logo on the pillow?
