Hello, i'm wondering what is everyone's recommendation is for a cutable vinyl to press onto a nylon bomber jacket?

ThermoFlex Extra will adhere to nylon.

We don't do nylon. The materials are expensive and we don't get that much calling for it and any nylon we have ever seen printed looks like crap after a few months even with special adhesive.

The No Cut No Weed alternative to vinyl - Forever Flex Soft - can be applied to nylon at a temp of 220° F which will not leave heat press marks. I would suggest you give it a try!
