I have a Vinyl Express Q75 which I was told was the same as a Graphtec, Is there a better software package for it than the LXI?

Yes it is a graphtec
I use flexisign you can either pay for full edition $$ or you can go monthly or you can get Flexi Starter or you can get a hacked version (I have the hacked version)
