While I don't know anything about that particular cutter the size is going to limit you to 15" vinyl or less which is fine if your just doing shirts, but a better deal would probably be the something like this cutter.

The eBay cutter also only has a 3 month warranty which is kinda' odd.

Thank You Jon. They are located about 45 minutes from me and I thought I would get some input. I acutally didn't see the 3 month warranty. I believe they have a ton of these and trying to get rid of them.

I ordered the larger version of this (31") and its working fine so far. I've only done a few test cuts but so far so good. The support both phone and online has been good as well.
