Hello- I am cutting HTV on a Titan 3 and using VinylMaster Pro V4.0. The last few cuts that are text, it's cutting extra little spaces in the corners and adding little semi-pointed ends on the end of the letter or number. What have I done to make it do this? I don't have time to cut these off and make new straight lines in the corners before weeding. Your help is greatly appreciated!

I don't have the cutter or the software you are using, but have you got your blade offset set correctly?

Your blade offset is set too high. It should be in the neighborhood of 0.3 mm.

Thank you so much! Your suggestion helped and made me think to recalibrate, which solved the issue.
