Those types of transfers require the same equipment as screen printing. Instead of screen printing onto a shirt, it's done onto a release paper.

I am new to this and have ordered transfers from transfer expess. This is probably a dumb question. What equipment- etc would I need in order to make my own transfers that are already to be pressed on without being cut out? Thanks so Much!!

a screen printing setup and the knowledge to run it...
Screen printing is not the only fish in the tank...look at other methods...a search will give you a lot of choices
