My vinyl cutter has an issue where it does cuts on the X-axis with force intended. It does a weaker cut on the Y-axis which it makes harder to peel. How can I fix this problem? I am using Sign Master Software.
Take the blade holder apart and clean it. Put a drop of mineral oil where the blade spins. Also make sure the blade is just barely poking out and your cutting strip is not scored.
Take a sheet of A4 paper and fold it in half. Carry out the cut. You'll now be able to position the goods exactly where you want it. To remove the cutout, use magnets to hold the paper down.
