I have a GCC expert 24. I have had it for about 2 years. The cutter has started to make a funny whinning noise as it cuts. It still cuts but it sounds like it is going to stop then it takes off again. Does that mean the motor is going out. Can you replace the motor or do you buy a new vinyl cutter.

Chances are you can replace just the motor. It's mounted inside the end cap where the connectors are located.
