Hello,
I am in need of some advice. This may sound silly but I'm just going to go for it as I genuinely have no idea.
I have a cutter which has been working great for a year, it just stopped working a few days after my year warranty was up. (excellent)
I was wondering if I bought the same model again, would I have to re- install it? Or could I just plug it in and continue my work?

So incredibly behind on orders and stress levels have hit an all time high. I'm sure those of you out there who have dealt with a broken cutter can understand the frustration

Thanks!

If you buy the same model and the electronics for that model haven't changed then the drivers installed in your machine would already be setup to work with the replacement cutter. Some models however, upgrade electronics or firmware over time and your earlier version of drivers may not work with the newer version of the cutter.

Hi Roger, well why it isn't working is definitely the golden question haha.
I have been posting threads for a few days now, trying to get answers.

I've provided all the information here.
I'm buying another because to be quite frank, I'm desperate for one and this UK company will have it with me by thurs. I can't afford to buy an expensive one at the minute as I only started my business 4 months ago.
Huge backlog of orders to get made and shipped out... a nervous wreck!
