Hoping someone close to Bastrop, TX/Austin area would have a vinyl cutter and don't mind helping a friend who is trying to apply matte black vinyl on a car. He has a roll but needs the vinyl cut down to 22 inches
All you need to do is measure out the roll to 22 inches, then cut the entire thing with a sharp saw or knife. You can use a pipe clamp as the guide. It doesn't seem like the kind of thing you'd need a cutter for, IMO.
yea but there are also some corners.. he has the template he made just needs it cut.. He actually ended up going to a local sign shop to get it cut.. Unfortunately it cost him a good bit for them to cut the curves for him..
