How well does it work to put a vinyl transfer on the same side of the shirt that you screen print? The vinyl will be in a different location within the sentence as the plastisol ink. What doya think?

As long as you protect your screenprinting with a cover sheet such as Teflon or Kraft Paper you will be fine.

The imprint is a simple sentence printed in white plastisol ink ... so, after running that shirt throught the tunnel dryer ... I place the shirt onto the heat press machine ... then I put the heart shaped vinyl and the yellow vinyl ribbon in it's place near the plastisol sentence ... then I cover the vinyls and the plastisol already-cured inks with the teflon sheet and press it? I should be fine? The plastisol will not be over baked?

In my experience, as long as you protect the screenprinted ink with a cover sheet, it will suffer no ill effects. I have done this many times with great success.

I do it all the time-even over ink. Great effect as well.
