I'm having trouble with almost no color being laid on the underbase. I tried playing with the underbase settings, but no matter what I do almost no color comes out on the color pass.

Not sure if it's the image itself (300dpi bitmap) or my settings.

I know the head are working, I printed a full color design on white perfectly afterwards.

Specs: T-Jet, FastArtist 1.5, FastRIP 8.5

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I'm having a similar problem.

I'm simply trying to print white text on a black shirt.

The PSD file looks white in photoshop. It is also white in EZ Artist. But in the EZ Rip print preview it is coming out kinda of a fuzzy gray. It prints that very hazy gray color that the print preivew shows.

Can anyone help?

I print white text as a 2 layer process. The underbase then the color white as the color coat. I change the white to rgb 252 252 252. That gives the rip an illusion of color so it creates 2 layers. Also it maybe that your white is not at every pixel set at 100% white. Check different white layer modes. Some do a gray scale gradient depending on art work. Assume nozzle check is good?
