very discouraged

can anyone out there tell me if they are making any money with there anajet sprint printer???? I'm thinking i need to sell and cut my losses now!!!! Haven't had it a year and am currrently on my third one only to be having it totally messed up. Will i ever be able to print enuff shirts to pay for it and make it worth keeping? I could really use some positive feedback....but i really want honesty.:(

Sounds to me like you need some technical help if you are on your third machine. The Anajet printer is a phenomenal machine but it does require a bit of care and some technical know how. Write to me and let's talk. I'm a certified Anajet repair technician.

The table top models are toys or junk. I don't have an anajet but a similar brand and it is all downside. We do use the ability to print on these things to bring in other biz but the long haul on making money on dtg is really sparse.

Cut your losses when you can, I lost 10 grand plus untold lost jobs, a lemon is always gonna be a lemon.

We are trying to cut our loss, but no one wants to buy the thing. It is not made for profitable printing and once sold support disappears. I have equipment 15 years old that still works great and techs help free of charge. Anajet will not do what they say won't even answer emails. Worst business decesion I ever made.

Mhm. feel ya man, got machines for 10 years with zero issue, even when using everyday : )

Only way I got out was trade it in for a Brother machine

Already had a Brother it is a workhorse 92,000 prints and still going. Anajet needs to take lessons from Brother. Hope to sell soon but most people run when hear word Anajet the scairiest name in DTG. T-Jet was was better at least equipment zone gives great support.
