Versaworks metalics not right

Hey guys using a roland VS540 setup with white and metallic.
I have printer plenty of white and plenty of metallic silver however first time working with metallic colours, in Corel using the roland charts I selected the metallic gold as per customers request and when printed it looks muddy brown. No real shimmer to it at all, ensured spot conversion was on, tried bothe layered and not.. Even bumped the silver sliders but still almost looks like it's laying silver then the gold over and it's just covering the silver not doing sort of mixing.

Any help would be apreciated.

Make sure to follow the metallic printing guide that came with the printer. The most common mistake that gives the output you are describing. Is that the convert spot colors box on the file format tab is not checked.
