Have a photo of what the test print looks like? Did this issue just appear overnight, or has it been gradual/just gone by unnoticed (IE just noticed some small banding in prints and let the job go anyway)?
If it looks like half is printing spot on and the other half isn't printing at all, my guess would be a ribbon cable issue, if part of the test print looks blotchy, I'd probably point the finger at dampers/capping station, but could also be the head, unless you notice a paired color going out (black), in which case it could be the pump failing. Pump failures happened quite a bit on some first model SP300V's, but haven't heard of it happening much past that after they designed the pump.
