I am trying to reset the Waste Ink Counter on my Veloci jet r1900 which I have done before a few times. When I open the utility program and click on "particular Adjustment Mode" nothing happens. I remember a waste ink pad counter popping up in the past but it is not working now. Anyone know how to correct this?

To follow up, just spoke to Hawkeye at EZ, the issue is the manual points you to the wrong, or outdated program. There should be a program on your PC that looks like the Thundercats logo. This is the one we used.

From there, its the same instructions in the manual.
